Embraer has entered a strategic partnership with ILIAS Solutions to enhance fleet management support for operators of the C-390 Millennium and A-29 Super Tucano. The agreement will see Embraer integrate the ILIAS software suite into its maintenance and logistics services, giving armed forces a more connected, data-driven approach to aircraft sustainment.

With this integration, operators gain real-time insight into fleet status, streamlined data across operations, maintenance and supply chain activities, and improved decision-making through advanced analytics. The result is higher mission readiness and more efficient resource management across Embraer’s defence platforms.

Embraer’s Douglas Lobo said the collaboration reinforces the company’s relationship with the Netherlands and enhances the support package offered to customers worldwide. ILIAS CEO Jean-Pierre Wildschut noted that the partnership expands the reach of ILIAS’s proven Fleet Management solution and delivers added value to military users.

The KC-390 Millennium, already in service with Brazil, Portugal and Hungary, continues to demonstrate impressive operational reliability with a mission completion rate above 99%. The aircraft has been selected by 11 air forces, including eight in Europe and seven NATO members, underscoring strong global confidence in Embraer’s next-generation tactical airlifter.
