Powered by the Rotax 916 iS turbocharged engine, the Carbon Cub UL delivers impressive climb rates, short-field capability, and fuel efficiency. Optional tundra tires, floats, or skis make it ready for land, water, or snow operations, while its intuitive controls and modern avionics make it accessible for both new and experienced pilots.
With a remarkably low empty weight of 807 lbs and a generous useful load, the Carbon Cub UL offers unmatched versatility for backcountry flying. Patrick Horgan, CubCrafters CEO, calls it “a best-in-class aircraft that’s incredibly fun to fly and combines the best of traditional tailwheel flying with modern materials and technology.”
