Embraer has expanded its footprint in the Netherlands’ Defence Technology & Industrial Base (DTIB) by signing new cooperation agreements with TNO, OPT/NET, and ILIAS Solutions. The agreements fall under the Industrial Participation framework supporting the country’s C-390 Millennium acquisition.
With TNO, Embraer will advance work on multi-agent systems and enhanced data management for surveillance missions. Its partnership with OPT/NET focuses on AI-driven tools to improve decision-support in complex military operations. ILIAS will integrate real-time fleet-management solutions to boost aircraft readiness.
Atech, Embraer’s mission-systems specialist, will support all three initiatives through its expertise in command-and-control and intelligence-data analysis.
Dutch Commissioner for Military Production Jan Christiaan Dicke said the growing partnership strengthens national industrial capability, while Embraer CCO Frederico Lemos highlighted the agreements as another milestone in the company’s cooperation with the Dutch defence ecosystem.
