The 37,000-square-foot facility includes a high-capacity maintenance hangar and a two-story office complex with a pilot lounge, flight planning zones, and relaxation spaces, all tailored to enhance the customer experience.
This strategic move strengthens Pro Star’s footprint beyond its New Hampshire headquarters, offering faster maintenance turnaround and advanced services closer to the growing Midwest Pilatus fleet. The Grand Rapids center is fully authorized for Pilatus aircraft sales, factory warranty service, avionics upgrades, and mission-specific customizations, including law enforcement and medevac roles.
“This expansion reinforces our commitment to excellence in supporting the world’s most versatile turboprops and jets,” said Henry Laughlin, CEO of Pro Star Group.
As the PC-12 and PC-24 continue to dominate executive and special-mission aviation, this new hub ensures readiness, reliability, and rapid service—wherever the mission leads.
